So far, I'm very satisfied with this unit and Tanga. Took a while to get her but when it arrived it was in pristine condition (open box item). Also was a bit of a challenge connecting it to my wi-fi network, but I think that was more of an operator technique issue than anything else. So far it works fine. A bit louder than our previous unit (Eufy) but that's possibly due to a larger motor. Reviews I've read (after purchasing) said the 675 it isn't great on pet hair, so we'll have to see since we have 2 dogs and a parrot - that's why the Roomba.

When I first plugged it in to charge, charging didn’t seem to last longer than 10 seconds. The Roomba didn’t come with an owner’s manual so I tried to find a free one online. Found many; non were free to print. YouTube!! Watched a video that said to clean all 4 charging points with a Q-Tip, moistened with rubbing alcohol, or a water-damp Magic Eraser and blot dry. Ok! Next, how do I pair it with my iPhone? The Roomba app! Doh!! Long story short (ha!!) It is very easy to control on the app and it works like a dream! Do my dogs have any hair left?! Lol. I’m embarrassed at how much it picked up! Oh! I also found out the green light on the charging unit does NOT stay green while it’s charging. You can see the battery charging (and what percentage it’s at) via the app. It was probably charging the whole time!🤦♀️

I was going to buy this new from target for the 2nd time. I dropped my other one cleaning it ...oops! However something told me to do a search and I found this one brand new open box! Haven't had any issues except controlling it from my phone is not always working properly but for the price it was a steal! I wasn't thrilled about how it shipped just in its original box since I know these things are fragile!! But all in all I would buy from them again it came in a timely manner and it works!
