Sizing is wayyyyy off. I actually ordered up two sizes to be safe and it was still too small. There is no exchange policy on the site but there is a return policy.

My son-in-law fell off a roof and broke his neck. He is fine and is back at work which is construction. The cold was bothering his neck so he ordered this for him and he absolutely loves it. There’s a battery that you have to order separate but for him it was well worth the money.

Bought as Christmas present for the hubby. He has a circulation cindition and tends to always be cold. This was a very nice solution and has a nice casual look to it. We bought an extra power pack which has been helpful. He bought another one as a gift for a friend who has same condition. Highly recommend using bag that it came with to wash, use a delicate setting on washing machine and hang to dry. I also washed in cold water.
