The Chromebook came promptly. Although wrapped in generic bubble wrap, it appeared brand new although it is several years old based on HP website. After charging the battery fully, everything seems to work fine. I am an IOS/Windows person so there is a learning curve. It is slow compared to my desktop PC's and iPhone but I didn't purchase for use as a computer, just reading email, financial info, podcasts, etc. Should be just fine for single function word processing, etc. Battery health seems to be okay so far.

I bought this refurbed Chromebook so I could run an app only sold on Google Play (Microsoft does not play well with Android apps without an involved process) on a desktop device rather than a phone or tablet. I'm happy to say my experiment worked and the fact that I only spent $60 makes the entire deal a huge success. And if nothing else, I have a small backup device that works great.
